From the get go, I was sucked in. The whole story is beautifully woven between every story and seeming delusion Brio has. From the AI therapy to his own personal hallucinations, I was going in between what was happening and what was not.
You touched beautifully on side effects of religious trauma and being forced into a closet at such a young age. As a person who went through both, it struck a chord with me. It deeply reminded me of coming to terms with myself and my own community I needed to thrive and accept.
I can’t begin to explain the actual tears I cried reading this.
I deeply look forward to seeing it published as well as the movie coming out.
